1. Who we are

StopBrandBidding.com (the "Service") is operated by GENERAL KARISM SRL, Romania, registration number CUI RO2134668 ("we", "us"). Contact: support@stopbrandbidding.com.

2. What the Service does

The Service searches Google from selected locations and devices for brand names you provide, records paid ads that show those names in their text or domain, and stores details and screenshots of what it finds. Where available, it shows the advertiser's name as published in Google's Ads Transparency Center.

Results are based on samples. Google shows different ads by location, device, time and other factors, so the Service cannot detect every ad that uses your brand, and an ad it records may not be shown to every searcher. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google.

3. Not legal advice

Labels such as "brand in ad text" describe what was observed. They are not a legal opinion on whether an ad infringes a trademark or breaks any policy. Before sending a complaint or taking action against an advertiser, consider getting advice from a qualified professional.

4. Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for activity under it. The Service is intended for businesses and professionals. You may only monitor brands that you own, are authorised to protect, or have another legitimate interest in monitoring.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Free trial. New Starter and Pro subscriptions start with a free trial of 3 days (one trial per account). Agency subscriptions have no free trial and are charged when you subscribe. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your card is charged the full monthly price of the plan you chose when the trial ends, and the subscription then renews monthly as described below. You can cancel during the trial from your dashboard and will not be charged.

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars through our payment processor, Stripe. Taxes may be added where required. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel or change plans at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and service continues until then. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments already made are not refunded, including for partial months. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the change applies from your next billing period after the notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to harass anyone, to make knowingly false claims against advertisers, to resell raw data from the Service without our written permission, or to interfere with the Service or attempt to access other customers' data.

7. Evidence and data

You may use the reports, screenshots and exports generated for your account, including in complaints to Google or communications with advertisers. We keep monitoring history for as long as your account is active. Screenshots older than 90 days are deleted automatically, except the first and the three most recent screenshots of each advertiser; download any you need to keep longer. You can delete a brand or an advertiser's history from your dashboard at any time.

8. Availability

We aim to run checks on the schedule of your plan, but the Service depends on third parties (including Google and our data providers) and may occasionally be delayed or unavailable. We may change or improve features over time.

9. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost revenue, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or on this page before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country.
